Slack notifications and notification types for deployments

Hello,

There are currently only 3 notification types available for deployments:

deployment succeeded

deployment stopped

deployment failed

Is it possible to send out a notification when a deployment has started?

Also can notifications be sent only if the above actions are done on a specific environment?
