Skip downloading a specific artifact during a pipeline step

Instead of disabling downloading all the artifacts during a step, can we skip downloading only a particular artifact in a step?

Currently, it’s only possible to download all or none of the artifacts, however, we understand that it would be a useful feature to allow users to decide which artifacts they want to download in the step, so we have created the following Feature request:
