Hi!
I want to setup a webhook, so the commits for my projects are automatically pushed to my serverd. I read the documentation and followed the steps.
I went to my repository > settings > webhooks > created a new webhook and added the URL my project is hosted in :
http://bruno.ipage.com/mymoviesproject/
Is that it? I think I have to setup something on my folder /mymoviesproject, but the documentation says nothing more besides setting the webhook con settings > webhooks....
Hi,
I know you asked about this some time ago, but let me answer this now and hopefully it will help you and others who might be interested.
The short answer is that this can be achieved via the user interface directly and there is no need to setup anything in the repository filesystem.
If you are using Bitbucket Cloud (available at bitbucket.org), you can refer to this guide: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/manage-webhooks/
For Bitbucket Data Center and Server (which is the self-hosted version), have a look at this page for the instructions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/manage-webhooks-938025878.html
Thanks,
Caterina
