SFTP deploy pipe: How to deploy only files that have changed?

Dan Smith August 10, 2019

I have the SFTP deploy pipe set up and working, as a step after my build. It takes five and a half minutes to for the deploy step to complete. This is due to every file in the build artifact being transferred (and perhaps partly due to my server being located in New Zealand). Are you able to limit the deployment to only the files which have changed since the last deployment?

Hi @Dan Smith ,

you can use pipe rsync-deploy for your case.

Also more pipes you can discover on the Bitbucket Pipes page.

Great, thanks @Oleksandr Kyrdan, it was easy to switch out the pipe, and the deployment runs in 30 seconds now.
