At the moment I am using FTP deploy which is very slow for many files.
I would like to try rsync-deploy
https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/rsync-deploy/src/master/
1. I don't have root access of server
2. I have user specific SSH using cpanel password
3. Private key login doesn't work due to some issue on server but #2 is perfectly working
But I don't see SSH Password (instead of key) option with rsync-deploy. Can anyone help?
Hi @Rahul ,
Thank you for your feedback!
The current version of the rsync-deploy pipe:0.4.2 supports only ssh-keys.
But good suggestion. We'll think about this option in the rsync-deploy pipe.
Cheers,
Alex
