Reviewdog fails to create code insights with 502

Several of out pipelines recently started to fail when using Reviewdog to post code insights from golangci-lint.

This happens both in pipeline scripts and when using pipes. It happens on Reviewdog version 14.2 and 17.3

The command we typically use is:

`golangci-lint run ./... --config "$CONFIG_FILE" | reviewdog -f=golangci-lint -reporter=bitbucket-code-report`

The error we are getting is:

`reviewdog: failed to create code insights report: bitbucket Cloud API error: 502 Bad Gateway`

We do not see any issues on your status page. Is this a bug?

Our engineering team has identified some issues in Pipelines that were temporarily affecting the push of reports.

After further investigation, our development team found the issue and a fix was already deployed to Bitbucket Cloud.

The push of reports should be working as usual again.
