Restore admin account

I'm currently evaluating JIRA and Stash for purchase. We're using the JIRA user server to authenticate against Stash. Our server shutdown due to a power outage, and when I brought it back up, the connection between the two services was broken. Everyone can still log into JIRA fine, but are unable to authenticate with Stash. Unfortunately, the local Stash admin account is no longer work either (it may have been disabled). Is there anyway to fix this problem? I just keep getting an error saying the authentication server can not be reached. I'm willing to rebuild the database if need be (we're using postgres), but I don't want to lose our git repos. Please help!
