I've been trying to reset my password in atlassian for my account kish.siva@vivelacar.com, but it seems that I'm not receiving any emails similar to these threads:

Welcome to the Community.
I can see following error from your mail server for the email address you mentioned. It was registered just a couple of days ago:
554: 554 Sorry, no mailbox here by that name.
This error prevented any further attempts to send emails to that mailbox. I've just cleared that error – please make sure your mailbox is active and then try triggering an email again.
