Rerun failed step immediately

Can you provide possibility to immediately rerun failed step, without waiting for whole pipeline to finish?
For example, I have a pipeline with 3 steps, where 2nd and 3rd run in parallel.
If 1st step succeed, 2nd step fail and 3rd is still running, currently there is no option to rerun 2nd step only. So I can only wait for the whole pipeline to finish in order to rerun 2nd step, or I can stop entire pipeline and rerun it again.
I am aware of fail-fast option but it is not suitable in cases where steps are running in parallel and are not depending on each other.
