Request payment for free plan

I start getting error which about payment even I under free plan.

Welcome to Atlassian community!

In bitbucket there is some limitation and restriction in the free plan.

Cause :-

remote: [ALERT] Your push failed because the account 'username' 
has exceeded its user limit and this repository is restricted 
to read-only access.
To restore write access, ask an account administrator to 
upgrade their plan.

Solution :- 

• There are some restiction of this causes for this error message, the steps you will need to follow will depend on the cause.
• If you are a Free customer - the plan limit for all Free-tier users is 5 by default.
  If you exceed this limit by adding more than 5 users to your workspace - you will not be able to push and will need to remove users from the workspace accordingly.

It seems like i have met the restrictions, but anyway the problem above still exist

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Please click on the see these users and check have you added more than 5 user ..?

Just remove the users and start again push then it will work.
