I have other accounts, so I would like to deactivate and delete this account. However, the system has prompted the following:
Your account cannot be deleted because:
•This account is associated with an active account set to AUTO-RENEW.
•This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
•This account is the technical contact for one or more products.
To proceed with deleting this account, the account owner must visit my.atlassian.com and designate another user as the billing and technical contact.
For more help and instructions, please read our support documentation.
So, I visited: my.atlassian.com.
However, I was unable to find the issues preventing me from deactivating or deleting the account.
Please assist in reviewing and resolving this matter so that I can use this email address to associate with my company’s other accounts.

Hi Benjamin,
There is a Bitbucket workspace sill associated with your account. I can see that you initiated the workspace's deletion four days ago, but it takes 30 days for the workspace to be fully deleted from our system. You will be able to delete your Atlassian (and Bitbucket) account 30 days after you initiated the workspace's deletion.
Please note: When 30 days pass and you are able to delete your account, it will take another 30 days for your account to be deleted (from the moment you initiate the account's deletion). So, you won't be able to reuse this email immediately.
