Removal of email from Suppression List

Hello There,

The below email address is under suppression list. Need your help in removing the same. Also please put "vdo.ai" domain under white list. Mails from this domain should not be suppressed in the future. Thanks.

Welcome! Please be advised that you are posting on a public user forum. I kindly suggest you to remove the mail address because it will be visible to anyone on the internet.

That being said, it's best if you raise these issues with Atlassian Support themselves via https://support.atlassian.com. They will be able to assist you with this matter!

Sure Hans. Last time when I faced the same issue, i sought help from the community only. Also I have seen a lot of such queries posted here and resolved by the community leaders. Thats why I took this route. I will raise the support request via the above URL. Thanks for the quick response.

Hi Balaji,

Sure, no problem! Other community members are mostly users just like you, and don't have any access to Atlassian backend systems. In that case, you'll definitely need the support from Atlassian themselves. 

Other queries about how to use the products or how to come up with something smart for a problem you're having is something most of us are able to help with - as long as it doesn't require changing anything in any backend system for you :)
