Hi,
I have 2-factor authentication enabled on my account and I had to replace my mobile device. Trouble is that my somehow the Authenticator application on my new device does not have an entry for Bitbucket, even though I used a backup from itunes to setup the new device.
When I try the retrieve recovery codes via SSH using "ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes", I keep getting the response "<username> does not have two-step verification enabled".
Can someone help me resolve this please?
regards,
Chandru
