If you don't have an existing SSH key that you wish to use, generate one as follows:
In a command prompt, run:
ssh-keygen -t rsa -C "your_email@example.com"
We cannot log in as administrators, so how else can we create a SSH key ??
You do not need to be an administrator. You can use PuTTygen as mentioned here: https://docs.joyent.com/public-cloud/getting-started/ssh-keys/generating-an-ssh-key-manually/manually-generating-your-ssh-key-in-windows
