Diff colors have changed to blue and yellow

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Recently the diff colors in the pull request view have changed. They were originally green for additions and red for deletions but I am now seeing blue for additions and yellow for deletions (see screenshot below). I can't find any documentation of when this change may have occurred and also am not able to figure out how to switch back to the standard green and red color scheme.

Hi @Conor Cleary and welcome to the Community. It appears you have accessibility colors turned on.
Click the gear icon near the top of your pull request and uncheck Color accessibility.
