We are a team of 10 members where the group is tagged for approval and if one of the member approved this Pull request rest of the members are still seeing this as a pending even one approval is enough from team. Is there any way to get rid of this? Tried with start and stop review but that didn't helped.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Approving a PR will not automatically execute the merge, meaning that even with the approval the PR is still pending (and therefore displayed in the list), that is normal.
I can imagine that you can automate your desired workflow (the first approval will trigger the merge) using a custom script executed by the ScriptRunner app.
