Hi,
My commit title starts with MYPROJECT-258 but Bitbucket PR view does not link with JIRA ticket.
I don't understand why ? Do you have any idea about this behaviour ?
Thanks
Hello @Vincent ,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Could you please confirm if you are using Jira Server or Jira Cloud?
Also, in case you haven't connected your bitbucket to your Jira instance already, we have the following documentation with detailed steps on how to integrate those products :
OR
You will need to first connect those products to then see your commits linked to the respective Jira issues. You can include the Jira issue key in branch names, commit messages or pull requests title in Bitbucket. Make sure you’ve formatted the Jira issue key correctly, using capital letters. For example, “JRA-123”, not “jra-123”.
Let me know in case you have already connected your Jira instance and are still facing issues seeing the linked Jira tickets.
Thank you, @Vincent !
