When a Pull Request is created a unique identifier is also created.

Can anybody confirm which one it is in the Screenshot?

In addition to Mikael's answer, it can be helpful to know that the pull request id is only unique within the same repository.

From the API documentation -> Link

idThe pull request's unique ID. Note that pull request IDs are only unique within their associated repository.

I think it is the one that I need as a value to a parameter, which is used to automatically detect and scan a Pull Request  in SonarCloud.
