Project-level Code Insight Requirements cannot be overridden on repository level

Hi,

My company has a Bitbucket server with the Code Insights feature. we have configured a Bitbucket project to require a SonarQube report to pass. However, this comes with 2 limitations:

  • The report always has to exist for every repo.
  • And that report must show a passing analysis.

There is no way to override these settings in repositories, because the global requirements are not defaults. They are always applied without exceptions. As a result:

  • Repositories without a Sonar analysis are forced to integrate one.
  • Repositories with less strict rules for analysis results are forced to fix Sonar issues.

Can this be made more intuitive please? Can this feature be made more flexible, please?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Additionally I also think the annotation requirements are a bit redunant. SonarQube has a Quality Gate concept which is much more flexible than the Bitbucket-provided options for annotations. It would be great to be able to reuse that.
