I haen't received the one time login link for account recovery yet, its been 24 hrs but still

I checked our email logs and I saw that all the emails we have sent to your email address (among them, the 2FA recovery email) during the last few days have been successfully delivered to your mail server.
Did you eventually receive the email?
If you're still experiencing issues, I suggest checking your Spam folder and also if there are any filters on your email account that would make our emails skip your inbox. If you still cannot find it, I suggest reaching out to the administrator of your mail server and asking them to investigate why our emails don't make it from your mail server to your inbox.
