I'm having trouble accessing my Bitbucket account. From what it looks like, bitbucket's two-factor authentication is different than the one I'm using to log into Jira/Confluence...
I've already reset the code 3+ times during these two times and I still can't access bitbucket.
I know that I have access to 4 workspaces, one with my name and another 3 with projects I've already worked/work on, the issue is that I can't access any of the 4 with the same 2fa key I use to enter other products.
Can anyone help me?

In Atlassian there's Atlassian account that you can use to log in with all Atlassian products and has it its own 2 step-verification (SV), but in Bitbucket account we do have another layer of 2FA authentication. Each of the 2FA is configured separately in your phone and will generate different codes.
We have an article that explains in detail the Difference between Atlassian 2SV and Bitbucket 2FA , where you will also find the images demonstrating what the prompt for Atlassian 2SV and Bitbucket 2FA looks like, so you are able to differentiate them while asked for the code.
If you lose access to your mobile device and you don't have the Bitbucket 2FA code, you can access your account using a one-time link sent to the email address associated with your user profile.
The recovery link will allow the user to temporarily disable 2SV and log in to the account.
To request the recovery e-mail through the login screen you will need to click on Forgot code > Send recovery e-mail when prompted for the 2SV code.
Please note, that there is a 24-hour wait period to receive the email. The 24h delay is a necessary measure to protect our customers and their data from social engineering attempts and it's not possible to bypass this security measure.
