Hi @[deleted],
I checked in our system and the Atlassian Organization that has claimed the domain of your email address and manages accounts from that domain is different than the Atlassian Organization you administer. Your account is not an organization admin of the Atlassian Organization that manages your account.
Atlassian support cannot delete managed accounts. You will need to reach out to an organization admin instead. You can ask colleagues in your company to find out who are the organization admins for Atlassian accounts from your domain. If you cannot figure it out, I can create a support ticket on your behalf, and in the support ticket we can give you the names of the organization admins so that you know who to reach out to request the deletion.
Kind regards,
Theodora
Thanks your replying, Theodora.
Confirmed with my organization admin. He can't delete my account referring to the below screenshot. It means that I need to cancel my subscription, right? If so, could you please help me cancel it? Because I have tried and failed.

Hi Luna,
I can see two Bitbucket Cloud workspaces for which your email address is a technical and billing contact. The deletion of these two workspaces was initiated on 23rd December 2024, but it takes 30 days for the data to be completely removed from our system.
There are two options with regards to the deletion of your account:
1. Wait until 30 days have passed from 23rd December, and ask an organization admin to delete your account then.
2. If you have a second Atlassian account that you use and you want to keep, you can designate that second account as a billing and technical contact for these two Bitbucket workspaces. Then, an organization admin should be able to delete your current account without waiting for 30 days.
The steps to designate that second account as billing and technical contact for these two Bitbucket workspaces is the following:
Assume emailA is the email address of the account you want to delete.
Assume emailB is the email address of a second account that you use.
After you follow these steps, your account with emailA will no longer be a technical and billing contact for these workspaces, and your organization admin should be able to delete your account.
Please feel free to let me know how it goes and if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Theodora

You can only delete or deactivate managed accounts. If your organization doesn’t manage the account you no longer need, you can remove the user instead.

If you’re using SAML SSO, remove the user from your identity provider before you delete their account. If you don’t remove the user from your identity provider, their Atlassian account will get created again and they'll still be able to log in.
If you manage users through Google Workspace, remove the user from Google Workspace. Then contact Support to request deletion of the user’s account.
Olny organization admin can do this.

To delete an account:
Regarding Step 2: I must verify my domain, but as an ordinary employee, I can't add more information about the domain. So I can't delete my account by myself.
I am unsure whether I use SAML SSO, Google Workspace, or neither. Could you please check which one I am using? Thanks!
I would appreciate it if you could directly delete my account.
