Pipelines are very slow and failed all the time

Hi there,

Since yesterday our pipelines are failing because they cannot connect to external archive. Is there currently a problem?

There was a Bitbucket incident on Monday which caused all our pipelines to fail with some sort of a "system error". (They didn't even start to be precise.)

Then Atlassian marked the incident fixed, and a few hours later our pipelines went green. Yesterday it was already reliable.
