Pipelines - Handling Failed Builds

For bitbucket pipelines, is there currently a way to handle failed builds?

i.e. - Build spins up some EC2 instances, but fails in the middle. Now instances are still there, eating up usage costs.

Is there a handler we can specify in the bitbucket-pipelines.yml to run a clean-up script on build failures?

we currently don't have support for such 'final' tasks unfortunately.
