Hello,

Is there a way to ensure that a webhook URL is only associated with one branch?

I'm currently using Jenkins, and I've found a way to deploy my code into a dev or prod environment and separate the pipelines into branches.

So the develop branch is deployed in dev and the master branch in prod.

My problem is that I have the impression that we can't really configure Bitbucket so that it triggers a pipeline based on a branch, do you have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

G'day, @Sofiane Hadjadj

Welcome to the community.

I understand you wish to trigger a webhook based on a specific branch to your Jenkins server. Unfortunately, the webhook in Bitbucket cloud will trigger for all branches now. We do have an existing feature request that I highly suggest you keep an eye on:

I hope this helps.

Hey @Sofiane Hadjadj !

You could try using Webhook to Jenkins for Bitbucket plugin that does offer this functionality.

If you'd like to chat about your use case and see how the app works, you can book some time in my calendar or you can just give it a try.

Full disclosure- I work for Appfire, the plugin's developer.

Best,
Weronika
