Pipeline Test error

Error line has checked ipv6 : ?int is null error
I use Bitbucket Pipelines from jenkins deployment in php ver 7.3.
* Recent updates
1) upgrade laravel 5.7 from 5.5
2) Installed package in laravel 5.7 : laminas/laminas-diactoros
Then, make error to try to test using bitbucket pipeline.
Please recommend proper solution.
