Permissions for projects and repositories

Hello,

I'm currently looking at Bitbucket in the cloud and have already created projects and repositories.
Can permissions in Bitbucket only be granted at repository level? We need project level permissions. Example: There is a project with > 50 repositories. It does not make sense to assign permissions individually for each repository. How can permissions be assigned to a project so that they are inherited by all the repositories it contains?
