I was able to connect before and my host key info seems correct:

$ ssh git@bitbucket.org host_key_info
You are using host key with fingerprint:
ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 SHA256:FC73VB6C4OQLSCrjEayhMp9UMxS97caD/Yyi2bhW/J0

I followed the full page here again:
https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/set-up-personal-ssh-keys-on-windows/

Still I'm unable to use my public key:

$ ssh -T bitbucket.org -v
***REDACTED***
