Hello I am receiving permission denied error on the RetreiveCI file when trying to run the pipelines. I do see that I have full permissions on the file, but not sure why it is giving that error. Can someone please help.

Welcome to the community.
Depending on where you're running your command, would it be possible for you to try adding the chown command below and see if it helps?
chown -R root:root $BITBUCKET_CLONE_DIR
I would also recommend testing your Pipelines build locally in a Docker container to see and compare if it works there or not.Ideally, if it works locally, it should also work on Pipelines.
