I followed procedure to reset lost password but it does not work

Hi @Bill Hoffman

Have you tried resetting the password using: https://bitbucket.org/account/password/reset/

If so, check your spam emails to ensure it didn't go into there.

If it's still not working, I'd suggesting contacting support: https://support.atlassian.com/
