Only a user can't receive bitbucket invitation e-mail

We are using Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Cloud.

We have invited all the users without any problem. However only one user can not receive the invitation email. We resend it multiple times and tried removing it and added him again.

Could you please support us to add the email address to the Bitbucket workspace.

Hi Metin,

I checked the invitations sent for the workspace you administer and I found an invitation to an email address that was in one of our suppression lists. I went ahead and removed it, could you please try resending the invitation one more time now?

A new invitation needs to be sent as the previous ones were dropped.
