Not receiving recovery link

Hi,

I can't log in to my account and I'm not receiving a recovery link after I request one.  I've tried numerous times over numerous days and I've checked my spam folder.  All the ways to contact Atlassian under that account require me to log in and I can't do that.  The email address for the account in question is *REDACTED*.  Can you help?

Thank you for contacting Bitbucket Cloud Support.

I can see that your account is active, and you do not have 2FA enabled on either your Atlassian account or your Bitbucket Cloud account.

Additionally, your email address is not suppressed. Based on our SMTP logs your inbox is receiving our emails without any bounce issues.

May I ask how you are trying to regain access to your account? If you need a password reset, the correct link is below:

Thank you for the help.  It took me to the same place that I have been previously.  I had to request a link multiple times but finally one came through.  Again, thank you for the help.
