Not receiving bit bucket new account verification email

Hi,

I've just tried to set up a new account for BitBucket and apparently have had the verification email sent, the email address is correct however I'm not receiving any verification emails?

I've tried re-sending the email a number of times and haven't received any of them.

Kind regards,

Danny.

Hi Danny! I've checked our mail system and I could see that the verification email was delivered and received in your end. We experienced an issue where some of our emails were delayed, so you were probably affected by that. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Let us know if you indeed received it, or if you need any further assistance :)

Cheers,

Ana

I have tried signing up a couple of email address and i haven't relieved any of the emails to confirm the email?

The email came through with quite some delay for myself, 10+ minutes for the two step verification email.

Thanks Jonathan,

I have been waiting a couple of hours now and nothing has come through and tried another new email and got nothing.

Same problem here

Same here, no email received when (re)enabling two-step verification.
