Not Receiving Bitbucket Email Invitations

I’m not receiving email invitations for Bitbucket on my email <removed_for_privacy>

  • Verified email is correct
  • Checked Spam folder
  • Tried resending invitations

Still no luck. Could there be an issue with email delivery to this domain? Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Mazhar and welcome to the community!

Does this concern the email address of your community account, that you used to make this post? If so, I checked our email logs and I see that we have sent a few emails over the last ten days, including Bitbucket invitations. Our email logs show that all these emails have been delivered to your mail server.

You said that you already checked Spam. I suggest checking if there are any filters on your email account that would make our emails skip your inbox. If this is not the case, I suggest reaching out to the administrator of your mail server and asking them to investigate why our emails don't make it from your mail server to your inbox.

Just a heads up, I removed the domain from your post to protect your privacy. There is no need to post an email address or domain if it's the same as your community's account. Atlassian staff can see the email address of your community account.
