No response to sales enquiry via Atlassian website


Both myself and a colleague have recently contacted Atlassian with a pre-sales enquiry via the form on the Contact Us area of the website.  Neither of us have received a response.

Specifically, my IT dept have asked me to enquire whether running BitBucket Data Centre   on the same physical hardware as an instance of RStudio Team server would present any support issues?  

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It should not present you with any problems as long as

  • The machine is powerful enough to run both services at the same time 
  • You don't tell Bitbucket to run on the same port(s) as RStudio Team server
  • There is nothing entwined - no shared directories for example
