I do not receive email notification on pipeline failure anymore. I received them until about three weeks ago. I continue to receive other notifications emails like notification for app password creation.
In "Personal Bitbucket Settings" -> "Notifications": "email" is enabled and repository is watched. In Repository "Manage notifications": "Pipelines" is checked.
The one thing that happened about three weeks ago is that I enabled two-step verification.
