No files in build dir during pipeline

I'm attempting to build a pipeline for running tests, but when it comes time to run npm install and pip install it can't find the package.json nor the requirements.txt in the root of my repo.  

I notice that during the initial clone it says this:

adding changesets

adding manifests

adding file changes

added 22071 changesets with 51787 changes to 9752 files (+124 heads)

finished applying clone bundle

searching for changes

abort: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request

Hi Justin,

Is this still occurring?

Can you run "ls" at the start of your build to see if any of the repository contents are in the build directory?

If there are no files, can you open a support ticket?
