No email notifications

About 10 days ago I suddenly stopped receiving email notifications. 

I've tried the suggested option in this post:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/Not-receiving-email-notifications-for-commits-to-the-watched/qaq-p/821974

However that did not resolve my issue. I've un-watched and now started watching all commits and still no notifications.

This is severely impacting my workflow.

Kindly assist.

Hi @Chandrashekar Singh ,

We need more information to help you find the cause of this. Can you answer the following?

  1. Are you using Bitbucket Cloud or Server
  2. Who is performing changes in those repositories? Is it a colleague or yourself?
  3. Do the rest of your colleagues receive notifications for those changes?
  4. Has there been any changes made to the configuration?
