No access to workspace

Hey,

I startet with Bitbucket some weeks ago. I made a workspace and try to use ist now.

I can see the Bitbucket with the workspace in my admin overview.

If I try to open Bitbucket I always get a 404 "Resource not found".

If I try to open the Bitbucket Settings I always get a failure "You du not have access to view this workspace."

I'm an Org-Admin and it doesn't matter which role I set in the product.

What is my mistake - thank you

If you have a free subscription and do not login for long time then your workspace will be archived or permission will be revoked -- in this case only Atlassian Team member only can help to restore.

If you have paid subscription then you can directly raise a support ticket from below url so that your issue will be resolved quickly ASAP and you can have a track of your ticket.

Hi Sebastian and welcome to the community!

The first to check is if you are logged in to https://bitbucket.org/. If you try to access the following link, do you see your Bitbucket account's settings, or do you get asked to log in?


If you are logged in, can you see the workspace listed on this page?

If so, are you able to access it when you select the workspace's name or do you see the same error?


With regards to permissions, if you go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ and select the Products menu item in the organization, then select Manage Product for this specific Bitbucket workspace, you will see certain user groups. Can you please confirm that you are added in the admins user group, and that this group has User and Product admin as product roles?
