No access to the email used for the Bitbosket account

Hello,

The email address <redacted> was previously used to log into the account. An 8-digit confirmation code was sent to it. The mail server has not been working for several months now - the email is unavailable.

I have two projects on bitbox. I ask you to help me with access to the account. I am writing a message from my new account.

and welcome to the Community!

The Bitbucket account associated with the email you shared is still active. If you remember the password, you can log in normally through the Bitbucket Cloud interface without needing to receive an email.

However, if you've forgotten your password, you will need access to the associated email mailbox to receive the password reset link. Unfortunately, without access to that email, we are unable to reset the password for security reasons.
