Need Admin Access to Atlassian Account

We acquired a company a few years ago, and they have continued using their own instance of Atlassian products instead of migrating to ours. At this time, there are no plans to migrate.

Unfortunately, no one at the company knows who the previous admin was, and we urgently need to gain admin access to manage users (increase/add new users). The support articles we’ve found so far have not been helpful in this specific situation.

How can we gain admin access to this account? Additionally, how can I directly contact support or open a ticket? The support page keeps redirecting me to articles or community boards without providing a direct support option.

Please advise on the best course of action.
