I'm the admin of our account, but I don't know if I have the capability to reset for her and how many times did she send a password reset.
Get her to check her email filters, it has probably gone into spam. If it's not been filtered, then ask your email servers why they haven't delivered the email, and check that the email on the account is correct and valid.
