Is there a way to send out pull request reminder emails? Those pull requests that are late possibly due to holiday/ vacations leave? I checked the marketplace and didn't see any Apps that would do this.
Hey Pete,
Out of curiosity, what search terms did you use when looking on the marketplace?
I ask this, as we too have a solution that you may be interested in. Our app Reminders for Bitbucket will allow reviewers and other stakeholders to receive reminders via email on expired Pull Requests.
Let me know if you have any questions
Happy coding,
Sean
@Sean Manwarring _Izymes_ that app looks perfect for our requirements. Thank you. BTW I searched the marketplace for "pull requests" and your app didn't come up.

Disclaimer: marketplace partner!
Hey @Pete P -
If you are open to 3rd party marketplace partners we should be able to help with this. We currently have an alert calibration for low velocity tickets that can be sent to email/Slack:
No reason we can't tweak that to look at individual PR's so your request should be easy and quick. Let me know if we can help!

Hello @Pete P ! I am one of the Product Managers working in the connected data space in Atlassian. Your ask is very close to the area we are looking at the moment on the Jira side. Would you be interested in talking to me in detail about this? I will send you a link with details to schedule the interview if you are keen.
You will also receive a gift voucher as a token of appreciation for your time and interest in helping Atlassian make better decisions about the features.
Looking forward to speaking!
Anu

@Anu Pandey we would be happy to assist. The reminders app was missing escalations that we were looking for.
