Hi, in our company (Smartbics) credit card is not working, if we miss 1 payment - we lose our date?

Great question and apologizes for the confusion.
With Bitbucket, if your subscription is downgraded from a Premium or Standard plan to the free plan all the data is still available but additional users (more than 5 users) and premier features would be lost.
In the messaging, we do share that only saved premium settings (Merge checks, IP Whitelisting, Required two-step verification, and Smart Mirroring) will be lost and not any data.

You won't lose your bitbucket data, but you'll lose any setting related to the premium plan; for example: branch permissions.
