Microsoft Login Issue - Logs me in then switches me over to Anonymous

I log in to the Bitbucket website using my Microsoft 365 authentication and it briefly shows my account in the top right corner then immediately changes the account to Anonymous.

I tried viewing my Jira account and was able to see that my account information was correct.

I tried to clear my cache and flush my DNS and hard refreshed my browser but nothing changed after trying to log back in.

I tried a different browser and computer but nothing changed after trying to log back in.

I can push/pull to the repositories using the SSH but cannot access the web client.

I deploy some of the repositories through Netlify using the Bitbucket account to authenticate. I am currently able to get into my Netlify account using the Bitbucket authentication.

Any more ideas on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Has this issue been resolved for you as well?

We had a partial outage that day which I believe was causing this. Can you try flushing your cache now and hard reloading your browser, and let me know if you are able to log in then?

open bitbucket.com in web browser
login in ( in our case with google account )
when done, open this page in the same browser window https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/projects
