Mercurial: how to reference the youngest version of a file as BitBucket URL?

I'd like to refer people to the youngest version of a file, for instance this one:

https://bitbucket.org/jeroenp/besharp.net/src/Native/Delphi/Apps/HintingDirectives/HintingDirectivesUnit.pas

Is there a URL scheme for this?

For instance like this: https://github.com/jpluimers/gitignore/blob/master/Delphi.gitignore

note "tip" between "src" and path to file

Thanks! Now if while browsing around in `tip`, the url would remember it to be `tip`, and not replace it with with the hex number of the actual revision...
