Making workspace / repo publicly visable

I am trying to make our repo. https://bitbucket.org/arch2code open so that anyone can clone. In the Repo setting -> Repository details the access level this is a private repository is unchecked. I looking in the help documentation and could not see what else needs to happen.

To allow anyone to clone your repository, you also need to allow forks. From the repository, click Repository settings in the sidebar, then select This is a private repository if it's not already selected. From the Forking dropdown, select Allow forks, then click Save repository details. This will allow anyone to fork and clone your repository.
