MY Create drop down does not have the options to create projects and repositories

Hi Daniel and welcome to the community!

The reason that you don't see these options is that you don't have enough permissions to create repositories or projects.

Projects can be created only by workspace administrators. Repositories can be created by administrators or by users who have been granted Create permissions in one of the workspace's projects.

If you are an Org admin in https://admin.atlassian.com for the Org where this workspace is linked, please ensure that your user is added to a group with Product admin permissions. Otherwise, you will need to speak with an admin and ask if they want to give you Product Admin permission or Create permission in a project.
