Hello team,

We have lost admin access to our workspace, although we have the user access and we can perform push, pull operations.

We want to recover the admin access as there was only one user with admin access and unfortunately that user is no longer associated with us and we have lost admin access to the workspace.

Request Atlassian support teams assistance to let us out of this scenario. We do have the name of person who created it but not sure about which email he used.

Hi Akshay and welcome to the community!

We cannot make any changes in a workspace's user access, such as assigning or changing administrators, and we also cannot share other users' email addresses.

You will need to speak with the user who is admin and ask them to add a new admin to the workspace.

If this is not possible, you can create a new workspace, transfer the repositories to this new workspace, and set up user access there:

You need to have admin permissions to a repository in order to be able to transfer it. If you don't, you can create a new empty repo in the new workspace, take a mirror clone of the existing repo, and then push to the newly created empty repo.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
