Login problems with Jira Internal User Directory

Hi,

 

we got the problem that our customer can´t log in in his Jira Instance. We could reproduce the problem, but there was nothing in the log file.

 

We tried to change some settings in the user directory settings, we also changed the order of the directory usage. At this moment nobody could log in successful, including the local admin account. 

 

Some ideas?
